I have so many ways to approach a review for Scott, but best I squash my personal sarcasm for this one (he would appreciate it ?). I know Scott both personally and professionally, but he was nothing but professional when we asked him to help with our sale and purchase in 2020. He was beyond patient as it took us a year to get our home ready to sell, but he never missed a beat on checking in to see where we were at and provided solid suggestions as to needed repairs and updates.

For our purchase…honestly, we had a ridiculously long list of wants, and despite it taking over a year and a half to find our dream home, he never pushed us into something he knew we wouldn’t want and was honest about what we shouldn’t purchase and why. Setting aside his obscure ability to detect mold, he provided his expertise on pricing, was cautious and offered guidance through the offer process, and was always level-headed when bumps arose. While we had emotional downs when losing out on multiple offers, he continually assured us the right one was waiting, the right one is out there. And I hate to give him the satisfaction, but he was right (dang sarcasm poked through).

Scott always put us first. Always. Enduring multiple emails, LOTS of driving, ruining his evening and weekend plans and navigating emotions…he never once said he could not be there for us. His patience, professionalism, expertise, humor and selflessness are truly next to none.

Scott was incredibly helpful. This was our first home buying experience and he walked us through the entire process. He listened to our criteria and really helped us find the place that we wanted to call home. We worked closely with him for approximately 8 months, during that time he never treated us as if we were a nuisance. We fully intend to go to Scott when we are ready to upgrade our forever home and have referred many friends and family to him. He tries to find you the home that you want, not just make a sale.

Scott was very helpful to me in my home search process. Always got back to me in a very prompt manner. Had good local knowledge of the area, he kept me up to date with the most latest listings.
